Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you need to cancel your training session, we ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice. Customers who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged 100% of fees. Customers who cancel with 48 hours notice will be charged 50%. Thank you for your understanding.
